Her career spans more than 30 years of experience where she has developed an extensive array of skills covering P&L Leadership/Business Results, Brand Positioning, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Planning & Business Development, Digital Marketing, Innovation, Organizational Agility/Complexity, and Marketing Capability Development to name a few.
Cathy was Global Chief Marketing Officer for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and most recently CMO for Ross-Simmons, Cathy held senior marketing positions at Signet Jewelers, Akzo Nobel, Newell Rubbermaid, and Proctor & Gamble
Cathy graduated from Miami University with a BS in Business Administration and Management and a BA in English Professional Writing.
