Bob is a key executive recruiter in our TallTalent™ Recruitment Practice, specializing in C-suite and senior marketing placements for ROJEK Consulting clients.
Leveraging our validated talent search and recruitment tools and process, Bob leads our efforts to identify, recruit and hire premier candidates for marketing, digital media and advertising management positions.
He brings a valuable set of insights, connections and experience to the ROJEK team. With over 30 years of experience in Executive Leadership Recruitment as well as in talent acquisition and organizational consulting, he has successfully placed a diversity of candidates in marketing, brand, operations, digital media strategy, data analysis and marketing communications leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies, privately held companies, non-profit organizations, franchisee-based entrepreneurial companies and industry associations.

Bob was invited to join the International Retained Search Associates (IRSA), an exclusive international association of retained recruiters who are practice leaders in their diverse areas of specialty. Bob has been trained and certified as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
He is a graduate of Washington University. He previously served as Vice President and Director of Operations for Group360 Communications (currently, We Are Alexander).
