Frank Belzer is a Marketing and Business Development Expert with extensive experience in the tourism, travel tech and hospitality sectors. His executive experience included working as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for ICON Park (an entertainment complex in Orlando), Global Senior Vice President for Universal Parks and Resorts. And as Corporate Senior Vice President at Margaritaville. Prior to working the past 15 years in the tourism and hospitality space, he was exposed to numerous industries as the VP of Corporate Training Programs at Objective Management Group.
His strengths are developing domestic and international sales and marketing strategies, mentoring trade partner relationships and improving international business results. He has board experience working with large organizations like Visit Florida, Experience Kissimmee, and the Grand Canyon Resort Corporation. He has also served as a consultant and advisor to many smaller marketing agencies and start-up technology companies. He is a regular contributor, writing articles on marketing best practices for Marketing Profs, SmartBrief, Phocuswire, TravelPulse and Travel Weekly.
He has an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the G Brint Ryan College of Business at UNT and a BS in Organizational Management form Sterling College. He is a regular speaker at events and conferences like Arival, Edge and Connect and is also a guest lecturer at Roosevelt University and Westfield Business School, where he discusses trends in consumer behavior and how to adjust marketing strategies as they emerge.
