How much do your consulting services typically cost?
That depends on several factors. Our consulting service offerings are customized to the client objectives. Each of our client’s needs is unique, some are immediate and short term, others are complex.
We define and refine every project engagement to meet needs yet are cost-efficient based on our established process, access to data and performance measurement.
We provide written proposals with three action plans for alternative paths forward. This includes a range of specific fees and expenses in advance of signing a letter of agreement. The return on expense for ROJEK Consulting is significant and impactful, immediately and most often sustainable for many years
Our contracts continue in an advisory capacity if requested by clients.

Do you charge agencies fees to participate in your agency review projects?
No, agencies are not charged any fees to participate in our client-funded advertising agency search and review engagements.
Do you offer any guarantees with your services?
We strive to deliver every engagement on time and on budget with no incremental costs, unless a client proactively requests an extension of our involvement. Specifics regarding deliverables, timing, and compensation for each project are defined in a Letter of Agreement.

Do you provide consulting services to agencies?
We offer advisory services to help the agency community. This is requested by agency owners, and industry organizations like the ANA/4A's based on the impact we have. We are certified and and advance ethical guidelines within the industry.

Is my agency too small to be considered for search projects?
We are clear about the new business opportunity based on agreement with our clients. The answer is maybe. In order for a client to engage a search consultant, it has to make economic sense and therefore our projects tend to be on the larger side for marketers looking for AOR relationships. This usually translates to mid-sized or larger agencies. However, several clients seek specialty or discipline specific agency providers to work on a project basis. Small and mid-size agencies are often most relevant.
Do you specialize in certain industries, marketing disciplines, or geographies?
We are a national consulting firm and our consultants, many former CMOS, have a wide range of experiences and expertise to bring to bear in order to meet our client’s needs. We have a 30+ year track record as evidence of success across 18 industries. There are a few industries that we have declined servicing.
