Emily brings nearly two decades of client-side marketing leadership to the ROJEK team, giving her a unique perspective on what brands truly need from their agency partners.
Most recently, Emily served as Vice President of Global Brand Strategy for DEWALT at Stanley Black & Decker, where she launched the brand’s first master equity campaign across six countries and three languages -doubling engagement benchmarks - and leveraged DEWALT’s 100th anniversary to integrate innovation, cause marketing and investor relations. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Brand Marketing at DEWALT and Director of Global Brand Strategy for Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, and Hustler Turf, where she helped build Cub Cadet into a billion-dollar global brand.
Grounded in her fifth-generation farming roots, Emily is known as a dependable, collaborative partner who thrives on solving complex challenges with thoughtful, actionable solutions.
