Marco, a seasoned Creative Director and brand strategist, blends artistry with business acumen to deliver powerful results for global brands. With over 15 years of experience leading creative teams and campaigns, he thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and growth strategy.
As Creative Director for West Marine, Marco reimagined brand positioning across retail and digital platforms, spearheading a comprehensive rebrand that drove positive year-over-year comps. Previously, as Senior Art Director at Tambourine and Art Director of New Business at Zimmerman Advertising (Omnicom Group), he partnered with some of the world’s most recognizable companies including Planet Fitness, Kay Jewelers, McDonald’s, JetBlue, Spirit Airlines, Nissan, and Dr. Pepper.
Marco’s hallmark is his ability to distill a brand’s essence and translate it into strategic, show-stopping creative. From global hospitality brands to Fortune 500 retailers, he’s guided clients through transformative shifts in messaging, positioning, and design - always with an eye toward results. And now he’s glad to bring his experience to the agencies and clients through his work with ROJEK, sharing insights in a guidance to create top performing teams.
Educated at Western Connecticut State University with a BA in Communication and Visual Arts. His mission is simple: generate demand, make it beautiful, and get results.
