John Gardner, Principal

For ROJEK Consulting, John leads our GrowthWave™ our agency advisory services. His mission is to advise agency leaders on how best to showcase their own unique value proposition, thought leadership, and culture to the world in a way that’s geared to help them win.

John will lead our GrowthWave services by providing consulting to the agency community in areas that are grouped in Tiers.

Tier I offers Fast Track Solutions, six affordable, action-oriented programs and workshops for problem-solving including client retention, agency pricing, growth from competitive advantage with improved new business success. This includes ROJEK industry data and access to our CultureScanPRO™ program.

Tier II is a Strategic Solution Framework with six pillars that are foundational to agency growth, transition and talent development. The framework process, tools and data covers important areas that are strategic, operational, organizational and financial in their focus, often with collaboration with multiple agency teams.

John is also very involved in giving back to his community by volunteering and holding leadership positions in several organizations from board member to Chairman of the Board of Advisors.

John’s educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science and Government History from The University of Alabama and an M.B.A. from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

John is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Luckie and Company

where he reimagined a 70+ year-old agency for the AI age—transforming it into a next-

generation marketing solutions firm. Architected and launched the proprietary 4Is™

framework (Intelligence, Individualization, Integration, and Inspiration) to create

meaningful, measurable, and modern brand experiences. All while fostering a culture of

experimentation, innovation, and inclusion—transforming leadership and outcomes.

John was co-founder of Integrative Logic, a data-driven firm, where he led seven VP-

level direct reports in overseeing operations, strategy, and vision.

John was instrumental in securing/expanding accounts active in retail, travel, pharmaceuticals and financial services industries, resulting in a primary impact for fast growth for the new company.
